MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING EXPERIENCES

Carlos’s goal is simple: to energize you to a new level of confidence so you’re ready to take on the world.
SPEECH TOPIC: THE PASSION PROJECT

Tap into your full potential, personally and professionally

“The Passion Project is about focusing on your passions the smart way and still living your life, but also relieving the anxiety and stress that has built up because you never even took your shot.”

In this energizing motivational talk, Carlos Navarro, actor (Marvel's "Hawkeye," AMC's "The Walking Dead"), iHeart radio personality, voice artist, comedian, and personal development coach, shares his success stories and lessons learned from the world of entertainment to help others live out their passion — without giving up the stability of their job — so they feel more fulfilled and ready to take charge of their life and career.

You don’t have to sacrifice everything in order to strive for your dreams. Drawing on nearly 25 years of experience in entertainment spanning the media spectrum, from radio, television, and film to commercials, video games, and stand-up comedy, Carlos describes how you can create a fulfilling life and career not only in the world of performing arts, media, and arts and entertainment, but in ANY industry or field — exploring how you can get "unstuck" and into action by honing in on your short- and long-term career goals and passions and devising a realistic plan to achieve them.

Carlos will break down how to create an action plan that will help you:

  • discover what you’re most passionate about, and what you have to work with

  • act strategically to turn your passions into a reality

  • master the drive, motivation, and momentum to chase your goals

  • release yourself from the limiting beliefs that may hold you back

  • ease stress and anxiety and boost confidence professionally

  • realize the importance of working hard and not giving up

  • open yourself up to new life and career opportunities

  • utilize measurement and accountability to keep yourself on point

Using this methodology, Carlos takes audiences inside his own career path as an entertainer to reveal how he hustled and attained roles in some of film, TV, and media’s biggest cultural phenomena, including 'Bloodline,' 'The Walking Dead' (one of the most-watched cable TV series in history), 'Red Dead Redemption II,' 'Madden NFL 20,' ‘The Outsider,’ ‘Identity Thief,’ ‘Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt,’ and Marvel's 'Hawkeye' miniseries on Disney+, where he played the villainous role of Enrique in the Tracksuit Mafia. He reveals how with each success, he was able to tap into his passion, mindset, and motivation to reach the next level — layering in applicable takeaways that can be implemented in any career field or for any personal interest or passion.

In addition to acting, Carlos is currently a radio personality on the #1-rated Orlando talk show “Monsters in the Morning” on iHeartRadio’s Real Radio 104.1, where he entertains for FIVE HOURS a day LIVE. In 2023, Carlos and the entire hosting team at the “Monsters in the Morning” were once again named to TALKERS magazine’s list of the “100 Most Important Radio Talk Show Hosts in America” – a.k.a. “The Heavy Hundred.” Carlos lives in DeLand, Florida with his wife Megan, and two daughters, Lennon and Magnolia.

This speaking session includes the interactive elements of:

  • "The Passion Box" + On-Stage Speed Coaching: Audience members submit their specific career passions to Carlos, and he invites select participants on stage with him to discuss how to approach and achieve those hopes, dreams, and passions through personal development and career focus.

SPEECH TOPIC: FROM MUGSHOT TO MARVEL

Change your mindset, change your life

Actor (Marvel's "Hawkeye," AMC's "The Walking Dead"), iHeart radio personality, voice artist, and mindset coach Carlos Navarro has experienced the highest of highs — and battled through the lowest of lows. Through it all, he has learned from his failures — bankruptcy, a very public job firing, self-destructiveness, heavy drinking, fighting, and three mugshots — and done the work personally and professionally to come back and achieve some of his biggest goals. In this talk, Carlos reveals candid, no-holds-barred insights on what it means to truly strive for the top and overcome the pitfalls that get in your path. Using his “mugshot to Marvel” journey as an example, he’ll share actionable strategies to help you get your mindset right so you’re well-positioned to conquer the challenges and seize new opportunities that may come your way.

“Sometimes we don’t let ourselves change. 'No, it has to be this, it has to be this,’ and you get so rigid, and then you miss out on the opportunities.” — Carlos Navarro, The Bed Head Chronicles Podcast with Siri Lindley

Carlos's mantra is "To the top, never stop!" and his journey back to the top is a deeply inspiring story of personal and professional transformation, recovery, and redemption filled with lessons and strategies that anyone can use to create the change they want to see in their life.

The ideal talk to inspire and hype up both classroom and boardroom audiences, Carlos also shares how you can tap into the right inner energy and frame of mind to move yourself forward, manifest your next big breakthrough, never give up on yourself though the ups and downs, and be the best version of you possible.

As a long-time radio personality, Carlos talks to an audience of thousands for five hours a day, five days a week on the #1-rated Orlando talk show “Monsters in the Morning” on iHeartRadio’s Real Radio 104.1, where he reaches people with his "To the Top!" motivational segments. In addition to "The Walking Dead" and Marvel's "Hawkeye," he has appeared in numerous other film and television productions, from Disney+ and Netflix to HBO and AMC.
